研究方向:
微生物学与生化制药、分子生物学、酶工程。
长期从事表达元件的开发与适配性研究,在蛋白质高效生物合成方面拥有扎实的研究经验,同时在功能蛋白质的结构解析、分子动力学模拟和理性设计与改造等方面具有良好的工作基础和丰富的研究经验。主持江苏省青年基金项目(基于多尺度模拟的蛛丝蛋白理性设计及其生物合成研究,BK20220335),作为骨干参与国家重点研发计划课题(人造蛋白细胞工厂的构建与适配调控,2019YFA0905202),主持博士后国际交流计划学术项目一项(肠菌素Microcin J25对革兰氏阴性菌感染脓毒症的治疗及在宿主免疫应答中的机制研究,0411003001);博士期间曾主持江苏省普通高校研究生创新计划项目一项(基于融合标签技术的大肠杆菌高效可溶性表达元件的构建,KYZZ150231),参与国家自然科学基金项目一项(基于大肠杆菌胞外分泌表达能力的调控元件研究,21076106)。至今已在Advanced Functional Materials、Acta Biomaterialia、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules、Microbial Cell Factory等学术期刊中以第一作者和通讯作者发表研究相关的SCI论文8篇,相关研究论文14篇;获得授权专利一项(ZL 2016 1 0331686.1)。
